Free estimates are for full scale
bath and kitchen remodeling and major piping replacement
when materials are provided by us, assuming customer is
obtaining less than three estimates.
Estimates are specific
appointments which are generally performed 9:00am to
3:30pm - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
We reserve the
right to charge for estimates in the following
cases :
Minor repairs or fixture
replacement
Customer supplied
materials
Customer is getting more than
three estimates
Estimate beyond 30 minute drive
from our office
Repeat of work previously
estimated and not performed
Work performed by others
incorrectly
Transitional property
Any estimate
performed on property that is for sale or is in any stage
of ownership transfer will be chargeable and is applicable
whether it is for buyer, seller, realtor or other
interested party.
$94.00 fee for on site visual
inspection and information related to a specific problem
or project including follow up verbal estimate and related
costs.
$125.00 fee for a homebuyer's
inspection including written report or any request for a
written estimate pertaining to transitional
property.
All fees are payable at time
of estimate. Fees will be fully credited towards work
performed on subject property or work performed for the
payer at another location within six months of original
estimate date. We reserve the right to waive fees for
existing customers.
Any other chargeable estimate is
payable at time of estimate and will be credited to work
performed within six months of estimate
date.
Allow approximately 10 business
days after estimate date until verbal estimate is
given.
All estimates generally remain
verbal until customer makes an appointment to meet at our
showroom to go over estimate and verify
selections.
Customers desiring a written
estimate without selection verifications or further
dialogue may be subject to a $88.00 fee.
Scheduling for remodeling work
will not be finalized or guaranteed until signed contract
and deposit is received.
