Replacing your waterheater is simple for us. We need some basic info from you to get started and then we'll give you a quote and be over to install.
Fill out the check list below and call or e-mail for a quote.
Most of the info we need is on the existing waterheater. The info is on a “Rating Plate” usually looking like a Manufacturer's Sticker with serial #.

2. Has the current heater provided adequate hot water?
3. What is the fuel source for the water heater? Gas, electric, LP or other?
4. What size is the existing heater? (gallons)
5. If gas, what is the BTU input and, or recovery rating?
6. If electric, what watt are the elements? What is the voltage?
7. If Gas, what type of flu/exhaust vents the heater?
- Metal piping into a chimney or other metal piping.
- White PVC piping going out a side wall or roof.
- Other Piping going out a side wall or roof.
- Other.
8. Do you have an expansion tank?
9. Where is the heater located? Does the heater have to be moved up/down steps?
10. Do you anticipate any changes regarding family size, adding a large tub or more hot water requirement in the future?
Replacement heaters are available in 6,7,10 and 12 year tank warranties.
We also remove the old heater unless instructed otherwise.
We also repair, replace, install circulating pumps for quicker hot water circulation.
