We make advance appointments for
service calls that are set for early morning (Approx.
8:15-8:30). Appointment space is limited and it can be up
to two weeks for the next available
appointment.
If an appointment is not desired
or the problem just can't wait, service calls are assigned
as "run of schedule" - these calls are dispatched in order
of proximity, severity and date of
request
We will not go to a location
unless a phone is answered prior to dispatch unless other
arrangements are made. If other arrangements are made and
we go to a location but are unable to proceed because of
access or contact with customer, this is a chargeable
event.
All customers are cash upon completion -
payments accepted include cash, check and Mastercard/Visa. A guarantee of payment is required in advance if
customer cannot be present or if work is performed
elsewhere.
Emergency service calls are
available at an additional surcharge by dialing our phone
number after normal business hours and following
instructions provided. Emergency calls are anything
between 4:30pm and 8:00am Monday through Friday, and all
day weekends and holidays.
Current rates: Minimum charge for
any service call is $94.00. This includes travel
to service location and remainder of 1st hour less
travel for service. After the 1st hour, rates are
$84.00 per hour for plumber, and $47.00 per hour
for helper if needed. All rates are plus any materials used, sales tax and possible
machine usage (i.e. sink, sewer, thawing machine,
or air compressor.)
